example: Attempted to migrate smw359.org from 11 to 12, decided better to fix on 11. Terminated on 12, site and email not funcitoning shortly after on 11
example: Moved granitecreekpublishing.com, celebritychefzippora.com from 13 to 11. Neither resolved for days.
