Answer: Join the Phoenix Hosting Affiliate Program and make money everytime someone buys a qualifying service from us using your personal affilate link. You can earn extra cash, reduce your hosting costs. Create a residual income stream. Or, maybe, create your own web hosting and domain name registration business and perhaps more importantly, let us handle the technical support. With the Phoenix Hosting affiliate program you are in control.

Who is eligible?

Existing customers
: If your account is in good standing, and you have any of the following qualifying services:
at least one domain name registered with Phoenix Hosting;
a current hosting package, including the Legacy FastQ hosting packages;
colocation (COLO) and virtual private servers (VPS) customers, you are eligible.; FastQ email customers please see the "Notes" section at the bottom of this page.
New customers: Sign up immediately with the purchase of a hosting package or domain name registration. There is no waiting period to activate your account.
Web enthusiats: Designers, developers, brokers, and others just looking to make some residual income are eligible as well, no purchase required.

How do I get paid?

Each affiliate will have their own, customized affiliate link. New orders placed through your personal affiliate link will automatically be credited to your account. Once your account reaches a balance of $25.00, you can request a disbursement, either in the form of a payout through PayPal, a check, or a credit to pay for any services you may have with us.

What are the eligible products and their payout amounts?

Domain Registration

$1.00 per newly registered domain name for each year of registration.
Example: 1 new domain name registered for 3 years = $3.00
Example: 2 new domain names registered for 2 years each = $4.00

Insider Tip: (shhh! we don't want the boss to figure this out.) If you use your affiliate link to register a new domain name with us, we will credit your affiliate account with $1.00 per year registered. In other words, effectually saving you a dollar per year on every new domain you buy.

Web Hosting

We will pay you $20 for any referral from your affiliate link that purchases "The Firebird" or larger hosting package from us on an annual payment plan.

Monthly payment plans will net $3.00 to affiliates.

COLO

Affiliate commissions on colocation services are determined on a case by case basis.

VPS

Affiliate commissions on VPS systems are determined on a case by case basis.

Other products

From time-to-time we will add additional products eleigible for affilate earnings. Currently (May 2020) we are working on making our new VoIP services available for our affiliates to earn additional income from but we are still smoothing out the details on that program.

What else do I need to know?

Well, there is the usual stuff. Suspended accounts will not be eligible for affiliate payouts until the account is brought current. If one of your referrals is suspended for non-payment, no disbursement will be generated from that referral until such time as that account is brought current by the customer. Phoenix Hosting is not responsible for decisions by your referrals to cancel or transfer service(s) to another provider and no further disbursements will be made in these cases. Terminated accounts will accrue no further disbursement payments.

Referral payouts are one time only and do not recur over the life of the referred account.

We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of our terms of service (TOS) or for any other reason that we may determine is harmful to our business.

Referral accounts must be active for at least 30 days before disbursement will be made. Disbursements will be made through PayPal, a check, or issued as credit to a customers account.

Legacy FastQ email and dialup accounts are not being offered to new customers and as such, these products are not eligible for disbursements of any kind. Customers that have these accounts are eligible to sign onto the affiliate program, however.

Abuse of this program may result in the termination of your affiliate account and/or your service account with us and/or legal action if warranted.

Notes

FastQ Email and Dialup: The FastQ email and dialup products are no longer being offered to new customers. However, existing customers will continue to receive these services for the foreseeable future. You are eligible to join the afffiliate program as well, and will receive the same payouts as our hosting and domain name customers if your customized affiliate link is used to register a new domain name or to secure a hosting package with Phoenix Hosting.
COLO and VPS: Due to the highly customized parameters of these programs, referrals on these products and services will be treated on a case by case basis. It is impossible for us to assign a static payout amount or percentage on these items in advance.
