Jan 28th FastQ Email Restored
The FastQ email server was offline for about 20 minutes tonight. A software update did not complete as expected. Service has been restored - 10 minutes earlier than we thought.
Please make sure to update your records and the autopay feature at your financial institution to our new address. We are still in the same complex, but in a new suite.

Dec 16th Network issues resolved
A portion of our network was down this morning. We had a machine that locked up during routine updates to the operating system software. We are coordinating with our system administrator to schedule a manual update to the operating system on this machine to avoid this issue in the future.
Sep 19th Upstream network issues
UPDATE: 4:16pm - Cogent appears to have their issue resolved. Fiber line repaired in LA. Already seeing improvement in response time for web pages.
